| Protein Function | Normally it mediates apoptosis in neoplastically transformed cells after DNA damage. Involved in intracellular protein trafficking of a number of proteins. Ras and Rho-related GTP-binding proteins can activate MAPK or JNK in a variety of cell lines. |
