Additional Comments Ectopic CITED2 expression enhanced tumor growth in nude mice.CITED2 knockdown caused tumor shrinkage and increased overall host mouse survival rates.Mice without CITED2 display abnormal fetal lung development, including reduced terminal sacs and aberrant differentiation of alveolar epithelial cells.
