Plant homeodomain (PHD)-like zinc finger domain at the C terminus, is characterized by a canonical Cys4-His-Cys3 (or C4HC3) motif that coordinates 2 zinc ions .It is predicted to contain a nuclear localization signal (residues 177 to 228). |
